The pool was freezing for a so called "heated pool". When I asked to check the pool temperature, I got a lame excuse that it was "room temperature", nope, it was freezing. "

"Overall, my stay at Wingate by Wyndham was good in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and facilities. The rooms were well maintained and the location worked well for my trip.
However, the only major concern was the staff behavior. The staff was very rude and not welcoming, which really affected the overall experience.
If customer service improves, this hotel would be a much better place to stay because everything else was satisfactory."
