Great view of the falls. Friendly staff, easy and quick to check in and check out. The only thing did not like is that the there is only 1 microwave on every second floor.

Was a beautiful stay with a perfect view. The only problem I had was that there was no microwave in the room. I had a baby and needed warm bottles and the microwave was all the way at the and of the hall from me. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Over all, our family enjoyed the stay! Only minus, the buffet timing. Hotels tells you one time and the restaurant tells otherwise. We were told buffet is open till 9 and went 8:25. Restaurant refused to serve us and was told last seating is at 8:30 and the kitchen staff closed. Which didn’t make sense. Because we’re there before the last minute seating and hotel staffs told us it will serving dinner till 9. That needs to addressed properly to guest. We ended up eating at Starbucks in the lobby. We could’ve eaten outside but with little kids that wasn’t our option.

Rooms are decently sized and the water view is spectacular and well worth the price. However, the elevators are a disaster, prepare to wait at least 10mins for an elevator to arrive and pray that it isn't full and you can get on. Every time we showered we heard a drilling sound in the walls, not sure if it was just our room since we were located at the end of the corridor. Finally the cleaners came into our room and started stripping the beds while we were still checked-in. The area is a busy as is right beside Clifton Hill and the attractions. Overall its very nice but for the upgrades made we expected better.

Room cleaners couple be slightly better. The room was cleaned but as we were packing to leave I was checking to make sure we didn’t forget anything and found fruit seeds at the edge of the bed frame. Otherwise staff was super friendly, facilities are great, pool area was lovely to hang out and location is great.

The room smells bad, the magnetic strip on the door was broken, no windows to breath in some fresh air. How did I ended up paying almost $400 more?

In the heart of Niagara. Steps from Clifton hill, casino Niagara, shops, restaurants & close to falls. The view from our room & dining room were spectacular! Can’t beat this location. A bit pricey. Accommodations were comfortable except pillows too soft. The indoor pool didn’t seem heated but the pool room itself was warm. Breakfast & dinner buffet were surprisingly good considering some of the reviews. Would’ve been nice to have a different variety each night but there was enough to choose from. Overall we had a very nice stay!

Our stuff was stolen from the room while we were out. We were told the hotel is conducting an investigation but no response as of yet. AC did not work all three days we were there. two engineers came in to try to fix it but were not able to.

The location was excellent and the view of the falls from our room and from the dining room couldn’t be any better! The staff were very friendly and helpful with personal recommendations and directions. Wait staff were all very nice and friendly. Stayed here for one night and the overall experience was great. The rooms were spacious. Check-in process was very smooth. Self-parking is slightly far, but was easy to get in and out. My only complaint was the shower soap & shampoo bottles were empty. Housekeeping didn't refill the fixed container bottles in the shower. There wasn't even enough soap for one person.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Good morning. I am extremely upset with my stay because 1) the safe wasnt working when we got here, had to wait an hour in the room when we originally checked in, 2) the A/C is not cooling (despite already reporting it to the hotel) and the 3) view from the room is not the same as the advertised. The hotel gave me a unit on the 2nd floor. There is no horseshoe falls view from this room. Only American Falls view. That should be listed on the website. And this is one (and only) of the seven corner units that does not have a balcony.
