호텔 이용 후기
렌트카를 이용하여 호텔을 찾아 갔어요. 저와 일행이 이상한건지 호텔 주변을 한바퀴 돌고나서야 찾았고 호텔에서 알려준 주차장 찾는거는 두바퀴정도 돌고나서야 찾았어요. 흑흑 주차요금이 좀 비쌌어요. 호텔로비는 깨끗. 내부시설은 조금 낡았는데 괜찮았어요.

INDIGO 주차장 관련 호텔 직원의 부족한 설명으로인해 주차료를 (20 EURO) 두 번 지불하는 사건이 발생하였습니다. 이의를 제기하였지만 불친절한 호텔 직원의 태도 및 본인은 모든 것을 설명다하였으니 불쌍하지만 어쩔수 없다는(How pitty you are !!!) 라는 조롱을 받았습니다. 주차장 대금을 호텔에 지급한다는, 예약을 호텔에서 진행한다는 사항을 반드시 고객에게 설명해줄 수 있도록 지침이 전달되면 좋겠습니다.

대체로 가격대비 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다.
해변과 중심가와 매우 근접해있고 교통의 위치 또한 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔직원들도 매우 친철한 편이며 방과 욕실의 사용이 매우 편리했습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 객실 바닥이 전체 카페트인데 안에 있을때는 모르겠지만 밖에서 들어왔을때 발냄새(?)같은 구린내가 좀 난다는점 ㅋㅋ 이것만 빼고는 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다~ 침대가 진짜 편해서 잠이 잘옴 ㅋㅋㅋ

front dest staff was terrible
The room was clean and modern. But the staff at the front desk was terrible. I've stayed 2 days at Beau Rivage and moved to another hotel in Nice.(as I don't prefer staying in the same hotel for several days) I checked out, and next morning, I realised I left my iPhone charger in the room. When I dropped by Beau Rivage next evening, a woman at the reception treated me so badly. She told me 'very unkindly' she would ask to a cleaning lady. I had to wait over 20 minutes. As it got dark, ( I was on the way to go to the beach) I talked to her I would be back in 2 hours. As soon as I talked to her, she talked to me "Don't you see I'm busy!" in a very rude way. I was so embarrassed and didn't understand what had happened. Another customer next to me told me 'she's awful'. I still don't understand why she behaved like that. She messed up the evening. When I got back 2 hours later, there was the other woman at the reception. I complained what had happend to me, and she told me the woman is very good person and maybe I misunderstood her. (maybe she would be a good person to her colleague but not to me.) She kindly asked me to come back next morning as the cleaning lady would be in the morning. I couldn't make it for travelling plan, so dropped by in the evening, and the women told me she didn't know if iPhone charger had found or not as the cleaning lady left. She told me "you should have dropped by 'in the morning'." Yes. As I couldn't 'MEET' the cleaning lady, I couldn

Liked the location within walking distance of restaurants and old city features. The room although quiet was in very poor repair. The curtains wouldn't slide, the shower leaked out of the tub, the wash basin tap control was broken, the flooring needed to be replaced due to a former flood. No show-stopper but not up to standard. No laundry facilities available as advertised, so had to do off-site. Breakfast was poor. Mushy scrambled egg, toaster that would not toast, no non-dairy yogurt. Staff was helpfull.

Very poor check in lady, was rude and acted like I was putting her out to assign me a room. Elevator door would jam and you had to kick the bottom to get it to open. Extremely loud outside Hotel next to the street, air conditioning doesn’t work.

Lovely staff, v helpful, location great, by the sea and centre of town, delicious fresh pastries with breakfast , delicious coffee. Rooms spacious. Shower was good beds comfy. Sound insulation not great in rooms , some of the tech could be improved. Couldn't cast to TV from tablet. More tea including maybe camomile tea would be nice with the tea options in room , but this is a small matter . We had a lovely stay and would return.

A decent hotel in an excellent location. It’s not maintained well enough for me to consider it a 4-star, though it had some 4-star amenities. Overall a pleasant stay.

Best staff and Location
How anyone can say anything negative about the staff is a mystery they are so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Leila and Loan and all the others. Anyone who thinks otherwise is mistaken. The location is right by the old town the flower market is a few mins away as is the water. You won’t be disappointed on the hotel. The rooms were spacious and lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Such am amazing value for money and if you want to have somewhere newly renovated then you can pay twice as much atleast. Well done on running a fabulous hotel in a wonderful city.

Pour accèder à l'hôtel en voiture, il faut prendre un sens unique à contresens. De même ensuite pour aller au parking. Au petit-déjeuner, pas de machine à café, donc il faut attendre qu'une serveuse débordée vous porte une tasse. Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain : à peine tiède. Bars voisins extrêmement bruyants, jusqu'à 5 heures du matin au moins. Mais l'emplacement à l'entrée du vieux Nice est fort commode. Ce qui explique sans doute pourquoi la direction de l'hôtel se contrefiche du reste.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were so friendly. The only issue is that the wifi did not work at all in our room, only in the main part of the hotel. The breakfast was not worth it, not a good selection. And the rooms are very dated and need renovations. Definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Nothing like the photos.
Didn’t get the room shown in the photos. The room photos showed an outdoor patio space, which was the main reason for choosing that room. However when we got to the room it was a very dark space with no outdoor area or even a view. We went back to reception to ask about the room in the photos and we’re told that was a different room that we didn’t book. Very disappointing to be so misled by the room photos. Also it says there’s parking available, but when we asked where to park we were told there’s no spaces available and we’d have to find public parking. Again extremely frustrating to be told there’s parking and then find out when we get there that’s not the case! We were offered a ‘welcome drink’ via an email from the hotel so we went to the bar for a glass of prosecco. We waited for 10 minutes but no bar person ever showed up so we left. The beach club was closed, we went for a drink at the beach bar but was completely ignored for 20 minutes and then when we finally ordered drinks were told to pay immediately in cash, which we didn’t have, so then the waiter got annoyed and came back with a card machine. All in all it wasn’t a good experience and definitely not as advertised.

The rooms were awful. Upon walking in, they were crammed as if you were in a boat cruise cabin. The carpet was torn. The walls had scuffs and dirt marks. The door and walls had water damage. There were mosquitos inside the room. The room was dark. The ceilings and bathroom had mold. The staff did not explain anything upon arrival. The booking online did not match the experience and room we got.
