Great location for visiting Nice. Rooftop bar has wonderful views and drinks. Staff at the bar are attentive. Bedrooms had all amenities but did feel a bit dated. Hard to drop off or pick up with your own car outside the hotel. No dedicated space unless you risk the taxi spaces

There was a courtyard garden, clearly no one checked it, a dirt plastic bottle was outside our window for days, not until day 6 did I go and move it myself. Also no irons, only an ironing room, which is nonsense for a 4 star hotel, when yo7 have an autistic wife, this is not suitable a and the hotel needs to make provisions for disabled and vulnerable customers and have at least a couple available for the rooms, would never happen in the UK or USA. Also staff local knowledge on shops being open was poor, our flight was delayed and the chap on reception told us all the supermarkets where now closed, having traveled to France for the last 20 years plus we knew he was wrong, however if we were new to France that was bad information for customers. Roof top bar was very expensive, yes it had views of buildings roofs! But it was nothing that special at all, and would have used more if better prices. Claims to have sound proof rooms, that’s a joke, we were kept awake by banging doors until gone 3am every night, get soft closers like other hotels and also you could hear into the next rooms, noisy neighbours It was disappointing as a member of this hotel group, location was perfect that’s all I can say positively

Had an excellent time. This hotel is super central and well connected. Great shopping options nearby. Only down point: I stayed in a twin room and the single beds were unfortunately not very confortable. Cheap mattress and very flat pillows.

The staff was very kind and the service was great. We enjoyed the roof top pool and the hotel was close to everything. Great to be only 25 min. from the airport.

Leider konnte man bei dem Zimmer keine Fenster öffnen, was zu sehr stickiger Luft führte. Die Toilette war nicht gefliest, so dass man alte Spritzer aus dem WC an der Wand sah, die auf der Tapete nicht abgewischt werden konnte.

Sehr nett und hilfsbereit an der Rezeption, toll war auch, dass unser Zimmer schon gegen 11.30 Uhr fertig war. Super Lage, die Dachterrasse ist auch toll. Croissants beim Frühstück waren sehr lecker. Alles ok, echt zu empfehlen.

Really nice place but the “gym” leaves a lot to be desired so I wouldn’t use that as a reason to book. I had a room with a terrace which was great and I’m sure would have been even nicer on a day without a huge rain storm. :)

Séjour agréable. Personnel gentil à l'écoute. J'ai rencontré des petits soucis, l'équipe a fait le nécessaire pour résoudre les problèmes. J'ai donné 3 étoiles au confort par rapport à la qualité des oreillers pas trés confortable et de qualité médiocre même en utilisant 2 oreillers, ce n'était pas top! Malheureusement pas à la hauteur d'un 4 ☆ et le manque de couvertures suplémentaires. Le manque de lave main dans les toilettes séparées des chambres! Généralement positif si je ferme les yeux sur les détails!

We had a lovely room on arrival until we sat on the bed! The staff reacted promptly and efficiently. We were allocated to a new room, same layout and spec, no hassle. We had a great stay. We took advantage of the rooftop bar which was reasonably priced. We didn’t realise there was a pool which looked so inviting. All in all a great hotel with attentive staff in a great location.

Checked into the classic room and was highly disappponted very bare room. Immediately upgraded the room to the Jr Suite and that worked out better for us. Very spacious, nice decor, big bathroom with a nice balcony with furniture. The towels were horrible, could use new towels. Room service was great! Staff helpful, helped with booking excursions. Restaurant bar was ok.

The hotel has a very good position just off Avenue Jean Medecin and opposite Basilica North Dame. Check - in was good, but paying a security deposit was a surprise.Our room was clean and the furnishings were basic. Crack in the bathroom sink. Two little milk cartons and two teabags each day. We tried once to have dinner, but the menu was limited, and because of the earlier rain, outdoor seating was still wet. Never went back. The hotel gave the impression of tiredness. A major plus was the helpfulness of the two staff who kindly located and printed our boarding pass.
