숙소위치는 좋으나 리셉션 가기전 입구에 계단이 있습니다.
엘리베이터가 2층이상부터 가동되는데 방이 1층에 배정됨. 28인치 캐리어를 들고 1층 걸어서 올라가야했음. 직원이 있었는데 허리가 아프다며 도와주지않음. 복층식의 숙소가 배정되어 1층은 욕실 및 거실, 2층은 침실이었음. 2층에만 히터장치가있어 1층은 추웠음. 숙소 바로 앞에 니스해변이있고 올드타운에 위치해 메세나광장,전망대 등 접근성 매우 좋음.

편리한 침대
숙소바로 앞에 해변이 위치하여 해변가와의 접근성이 아주 좋았음, 중심가인 마세나 광장과도 가까웠음 여행자인포 사무실과는 7분정도 떨어져있으며, 주요 지역으로 이동하는 버스 정류장들과는 10여분정도 떨어진 위치. 1층에 위치하여 리프트가 필요없었으나, 호텔에 리프트가 없는점은 단점임. 아침식사비용 역시 비싼편. 영어가 능통한 직원이 물어보면 친절하게 알려주었으나, 분명이 무료 WiFi 가능하다고 하여 예약하였으나 객실내 WiFi는 잡히지 않았음

En general me ha encantado la estadía en el hotel, el cuarto pequeño pero adecuado, limpio y moderno, el lugar perfectamente ubicado frente a la playa y justo en el casco histórico de la ciudad. Lo único que no me ha gustado fue el trato en el check out, al hacerlo, el funcionario que me ha atendido, dice que tengo unos cargos por desayunos, a lo cual le he respondido que no he desayunado en el hotel durante mi estancia. El funcionario ha llamado al personal de cocina para preguntar si era cierto, obviamente que lo era, la persona ha dicho nunca haberme visto desayunando, fue un momento desagradable.

By far the worst hotel experience ever!😡
Booked this apparently 4 star hotel as part of wedding anniversary trip to South France. Red flag from the moment we’ve checked in, the receptionist was extremely rude and kept on rolling eyes for every simple question asked. We are easy to please people and all we’ve asked was a nice/decent room for our anniversary. After receiving a strict negative response that our booking was via Hotels.com and aren’t entitled to a room such as sea view and no cancellation or refund possible, we decided to go to our allocate room 101. Oh my word!!! Never have I experienced anything like it. The room looks like a previously housekeeping cupboard, only able to fit a bed and a table - a rat hole in a nutshell. I wish I could describe the mould smell in this room but there isn’t such a word in dictionary. All I can say is a week later and we’re still heavily breathing after one night spent in this room. Also, to top this up the room next to it has few washing machines running constantly. Just when you think it can’t get any worse, you open the balcony curtains and see the ugliest ever backyard. Breakfast also cheap options, with pretty much everything microwaved, incl. scrambled eggs. All in all, definitely not recommending this scam hotel to anyone, as the website photos aren’t showing the reality. Or most likely they only advertise their best room as standard. Equally, I am reluctant using Hotels.com in the future based on this experience. Avoid if possible is my advice!

Mycket bra boende vid Promenaden, bredvid operan i gamla stan. Förvånansvärt bra ljudisolerat, stördes inte av vare sig gågatan nedanför eller grannarna. Bra säng, bra frukost och bra städning. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Jag återvänder gärna till detta hotell

Tiny rooms, maybe ok for a very short stay
This is clearly not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny, with the bed on a mezzanine floor, albeit they are clean and well maintained The “courtyard” view was actually over an alleyway with the frog restaurant underneath which was very noisy. Photo shown are mainly if the privilege rooms - they certainly look brighter and more acceptable. We lasted 2 nights before we moved to another hotel ( we’d prepaid so could not get refund - this tells you how bad it was ).

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The mattresses have a protective wrapping around them, however, I think it would be better if a fitted sheet was covering the plastic as opposed to a regular sheet since the regular sheet often moved and you could feel the plastic. My room was facing an alley and it was often very noisy especially late at night due to clean up from the restaurant. However, the room was overall very clean, along with the bathroom. If I were to return to Nice, I would stay here again.

Mercure Marche aux Fleurs
Great location with very friendly staff. Good to see them making as many changes in terms of sustainability and eco-friendly toiletries and paper cups for water, etc. Fab breakfast options available daily. Downside was the room was quite small with very little storage space for two of us and having to wriggle past end of bed and wall-mounted TV. Having said that, we would use again but probably upgrade room.

Great potential, but overall disappointing…
We booked the hotel knowing that it was a more budget option and we’re pretty low maintenance, but was left overall disappointed by a hotel that has great potential, given the location right on the seafront. Pros: -Staff were always pleasant and helpful -Location is great, on the seafront and only a 2 minute walk from the markets -Bed and pillows were comfortable -Shower was good -Filtered water fountain Cons: -Room was very small, would’ve been a squeeze if we had larger cases, especially around the bed -The air-con only blew hot air, it wasn't boiling as we went in April, but still warm enough to be uncomfortable -We didn’t pay for enhanced room, but our view was’t very nice at all -Decor and appearance of the room and hotel was very different to the photos provided on Hotels.com -We had to ask for more milk, sugar etc as they weren’t refilled -We found many small black hairs on the bed and on the bathroom floor on arrival and after room service

Lovely location right on the waterfront promenade and next to the old town and the markets. Comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast options plus helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend and will be staying there again.

Great location but this is a 2 or 2.5 star property. Forget the lack of lobby, common area, etc but the room is where this property totally fails. Room had barely any room around the queen sized bed; windows were not hotel quality triple panes so heard all the drunk revelers walking by the hotel on the street below; no real shelf space in either the room or bathroom to put stuff on; AC did not cool properly; etc. The “lobby” was a 12x12 foot space; the “bar” was a laughable 12x12 space with no one ever there. If it were not for the location this would not be worth it but for the price we paid, this absolutely was not worth a 4 star.

Camera n. 17 metratura al di sotto di quella dichiarata si e no 10 mq. non 15 mq. moquette macchiata, bagno con porta danneggiata , bagno cieco con aspiratore non funzionante, mancanza del set cortesia , con lo stesso sapone liguido dovevamo fare la doccia e lavare i capelli,questa camera non è degna neanche di un 2 stelle, questo hotel dovrebbero retrocederlo ad un 2/3stelle, unica nota positiva la posizione, ma non per merito suo
