I was extremely happy with this hotel. Excellent value for money. Location was perfect being close by to the train station and main shopping street in Nice. The man on the front desk was friendly and helpful and spoke/understood English. The room itself was small but that was fine. The room was also spotless. Only thing I would mention for those that are light sleepers, I could hear the lift when it was in use which I think light sleepers wouldn’t like (fine for me though). Overall an excellent stay!

Close to the main area and also really close to the train station which was key for us. Rooms were nice but on the smaller side. Bathroom is small but we enjoyed the hotel and its location!

Accueillant mais clientèle irrespectueuse
Nous avons passé 8 mauvais jours dans cet hôtel. Le personnel etait acceuillant et la chambre convenable, mais les autres clients etaient irrespectueux. Notre deuxieme nuit a été courte car interrompu par un couple alcoolisé venant de débarquer à 4h du matin et faisant beaucoup de bruit, les murs fins n'aidant pas, nous empechant de nous rendormir jusqu'à 9h et la reception n'a rien sû faire pour nous aider. Le lendemain une famille investi 3 chambres de l'étage du dessus et on a passé le reste de notre séjour a souffrir matin et soir des bruits de pas et de galipettes des enfants matins et soirs, nous empêchant de passer des vacances reposantes et la reception n'a une fois de plus pas sû nous aider. Nous déconseillons donc cet hôtel à quiconque souhaite passer un séjour au calme.

Bonjour,Nous sommes désolé que vous avez peut-être passé un mauvais moment à Nice, mais nous ne comprenons pas votre note.Vous avez eu une belle et grande chambre vue sur la rue au 3eme étage, le ciel était ensoleillé, le personnel était gentil...Cela est peut-être dû à quelque chose d'extérieur à notre établissement et notre personnel. Nous espérons que tout est rentré dans l'ordre pour vous. Cordialement.

Loction was good - only 5 minute walk to the train station and restaurants. The building was old and the inside was very nice for the price. The outside was showing its age. The room was small. Great shower!

Good location bad wifi
The location of the hotel is great, close to the train station. Room and hotel was clean. Wifi was very unstable and it was hard to get a good connection.

Es un edificio viejo pero con habitaciones cómodas con excepción del baño cuya tina de baño es un verdadero peligro. Además de ser altísima es estrecha y resbalosa.

The staff was really nice, the location incredibly convenient and overall great for the price. My only complaint would be breakfast: it’s not good for the price. Better and cheaper options around the hotel.

Old hotel, bathroom shower was horrible and moldy, stench from the plumbing, the air freshener did not mask the smell. WIFI was awful, never worked. Only a handful of the tv channels worked. Uncomfortable beds, AC was very underwhelming.
