The rooms are so incredibly lovely, the howler monkeys surrounding the property are a delight but above all the staff is the best! “There was a “jacuzzi” however it was just a tub and no jets and when we used the desk called and said we were flooding the area below us. Why have a Jacuzzi and not be able to use it? Why call a large tub a jacuzzi?”
