“The staff were attentive and friendly. The amenities were comprehensive. We had the all inclusive which was plentiful, varied and delicious.”

“The resort was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Food was delicious. Pools with swim-up bars were the best. We saw monkeys in the trees and iguanas swimming in the pool. We were there in April so no crowding. The balcony overlooking the pool was great. At check-in the desk clerk was very short and impolite. Ice machine for our section of the resort (across the street from the beach and restaurant) was out, making it inconvenient. The AC (mini split) only cooled the area...

“We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.”

“Comfortable place. Two beds in the room, that was unexpected. Nice. Staff need to be more attentive when . Serving and at the bar. But free breakfast was very good. Great beach, one of the best I have been in Costa Rica. Affordable. I don’t know if they have any beach chairs, I didn’t asked. There are none available at the beach except for the next door resort which they don’t rent. There are different activities offered by other businesses.”

“The resort was over all nice only issue we had was the day we needed to leave to the airport to depart the transportation to bring us down took an hour to come get us and almost made us late for our flight. The resort is up a hill and no walking is permitted for safety. So you are forced to wait. We called the office several times to get picked up and the phone would just ring and then they would answer and tell us to wait outside so we waited outside of our room for one hour before being picked...
