Un séjour agréable

La chambre était de taille raisonnable et la literie parfaite. La salle de bain d'une belle taille et pratique. Les toilettes étaient séparés de la salle de bain ce qui est appréciable. Le restaurant pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou ses repas se trouve en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et l'accueil chaleureux.

Das ganze Haus war in Unordnung, Umbau war im Gange, außerdem keine Vorhänge, nur schäbige Rollladen, obwohl das Zimmer auf beiden Seiten zur Straße in zeigte, mit Autolärm. DieTüre zum Bad klemmte sehr stark und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen. Die Lüftung im Bad war defekt! Es war zu keinem Zeitpunkt jemand an der Rezeption, die in voller Unordnung schien. Es war auf keinen Fall ein 3-Sterne Komfort, wie außen ausgeschildert.

Wir kennen das Hotel. Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp. Unbedingt Tisch für abends im Restaurant gegenüber reservieren. Sehr lecker! Zimmer sind geräumig, Betten schön hart, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach im Zimmer und Safe. Toilette getrennt von Dusche.

La chambre était propre, mais pour le reste très décevante. L'hôtel est, semble-t-il, en devenir, puisque des parties de la chambre et de la salle de bains semblent rénovées... Mais il reste un grand chemin à parcourir ! La réception sert en fait de lingerie. Aucune information n'est donnée à l'arrivée sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel : il faut par exemple découvrir la clé wifi par hasard sur le comptoir, aucune consigne n'est donnée sur le départ ni sur ce qu'il faut faire de la clé... Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, malgré les vis à vis... Le chauffage de la SDB est HS, mais aucune information n'est donnée. La photo donne une impression très cosy... qui n'est pas du tout la réalité !

Leider hatten wir an dem Abend wo wir an kamen KEIN warmes Wasser zum Duschen oder Baden. Zudem hat das Internet Auch erst beim ausschlecken funktioniert.

Absence de personnel lors de l'arrivée, nous avons découvert la personne de l'accueil que lors du départ le lendemain. Néanmoins, personne très agréable. L'ensemble du séjour était parfait, chambre vraiment confortable. Petit déjeuner avec buffet de taille correct et très bon!

Personnel sympathique mais aucun service hôtelier. Frigos sales et défectueux (celui de la chambre). Chambre pas faite. Serviettes détrempées laissées au sol. Matelas de piètre qualité. Jamais personne à la réception même pour payer ! Réservation mal effectuée : chambre réservée pour 4 : à l’arrivée ils avaient enregistré une chambre double uniquement. Dommage.

Nice small hotel in quaint village

We booked this small hotel without knowing the area. Philippsburg is not the most popular stopping place for tourists, but we liked it for it's authenticity and quiet. We walked around the village and the nearby lake and the surrounding forests were wonderful.

Hotel bien placé pour une étape entre les 2 Outlets Center de Zweibrücken en Allemagne et de Roppenheim en Alsace. Le restaurant de l'hotel situé de l'autre coté de la route est sympa: bonnes tartes flambées et jambonneau.
