"Great hotel. Staffs are ok. Breakfast is ok. Leaving one towel in the room fir 2 individuals meaning that cleaning staff care less. Phone did not work had to come down request another towel. Reception promissed will repair phone tomorrow but we checked out. We are upgraded room, while exhausted from closed car hire office thanks to BA delayed flight paying both way Taxi to pick up the car next day, this move made our day. Othetwise all were ok. Attention to detail is not good as we eperienced it. If they pay attention to their obligation i recommend this hotel."

"This is a business hotel in Eschborn. It is not in Frankfurt and if your main reason for visit is the city, you are quite a way out. The hotel itself is great. Rooms are small but are good if you are there for sleep. Having said this, the bed was not the most comfortable I've used. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was more than I expected and Yelena was always there with a smile. The bar is cozy with a good variety of beverages. Thanks to Sofiia for the care. The front desk was very helpful and available. Large parking garage, with a fee but that is OK (Euro 90 for 4 nights). I was on the sixth floor and I understand that there are larger rooms lower down. The area is not one for night life but there are restaurants nearby. There is a Rewe supermarket a few blocks away. All in all, a good experience."
