Only used this hotel for a stop over so arrived quite late, only used the restaurant for food and no other facilities. Food was better than expected, staff very friendly, hotel is tired and dated, that said it suited our needs

My room was super hot! Not as clean as I would have expected. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower over bath was not ideal. Incredibly slippery with no grip mat provided.

A good choice to break a journey

We only stopped long enough to break a long drive. Although we arrived just before 10pm the staff were attentive and helpful, the room was clean and air conditioned. The only minor issue was me nearly falling over the bulky tap/shower combo in the over bath shower. The room was quiet, and the curtains were good at blocking out the light so along with a nice bed we slept very well. The buffet breakfast was excellent the coffee was good and plentiful. A good choice.

We use this hotel as an overnight stop between Europoort and the Dolomites. All the facilities are excellent. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the return leg of the journey as the outside temperature was 35 degrees. The only problem at present is accessing the hotel from the nearby autobahn because of roadworks. Approaching from the North, our satnav did not recognise that the normal exit was closed which caused some consternation!

We used this as on overnight stop on the journey to the Dolomites and on the return journey. The room was the most comfortable and well appointed that we stayed in all holiday it is situated close to the A7 but road noise is not a problem. The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant was not available for dinner on the return journey. However the Hotel Krone 500 meters walk away lived up to the receptionist’s recommendation. It also allowed us to see a little of Niefern. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the return journey.

Es war alles super, sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Autobahn, und doch ruhig. Mehr als genug an eigenen Parplätzen, sehr freundliches Personal, super Service. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert und zum Einchecken schön gekühlt und gemütlich verdunkelt gewesen, was im Sommer besonders angenehm auffällt. Es war alles super, sehr empfehlenswert!

Nicht überzeugend...

Aufgrund früherer Aufenthalte (im Neubau!!), habe ich dieses Hotel, im Epizentrum des Verkehrs, wieder einmal gebucht. Check-In und Check-Out unkompliziert, freundlich und kompetent. Mein recht kleines Businesszimmer (202), mit noch kleinerem Badezimmer, befand sich im alten Teil des Hotel, welcher vor einiger Zeit kernsaniert wurde. Leider hat man wohl nicht an die Schalldämmung gedacht - ich konnte jede Bewegung der Nachbarzimmer, ins Besonderem der Schreibtischstühle, deutlich wahrnehmen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer OK, wenn auch nicht sonderlich wertig in seiner Ausstattung. Leider stand während meines Besuchs kein Wlan zur Verfügung, die Klimaanlage erreichte eine Minimaltemperatur von 21°C, welche gerade noch akzeptabel war. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, modern und bietet die Möglichkeit sich von einem anstrengenden Tag zu erholen. Schade allerdings, dass die Sauna erst ab 18:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Die Speisen im Restaurant sind gut und bewegen sich preislich in einem hotelüblichen Rahmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen an. Zudem muss man sehr positiv bemerken, dass alle Mitarbeiter sehr engagiert und freundlich sind! Dennoch werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen, da für mich das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis (Zimmerausstattung, Größe und Klimatisierung) nicht passt - in dieser Gegend gibt es, für mich persönlich, bessere Alternativen.

A last minute stop for us while traveling for business. Check-in was very easy and there is plenty of parking in the lot. Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel was in good condition. Nettes Team, schön sauber und gepflegt

Normalerweise nehme ich die Superior-Zimmer im neuen Gebäudeteil. Da aber dort ein Heizungsausfall war wurde mir sehr freundlich ein Businesszimmer angeboten. Diese sind auch schön neu, jedoch etwas kleiner als im neuen Gebäudeteil. Das Bad ist schön gefliest und die ebenerdige geflieste Dusche angenehm groß. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm und ausreichend groß. Mir wurde als Ausgleich ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten und der Preis reduziert. Alles in allem ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team. Ich komme immer wieder gern.

Check In verlief nicht ganz so glücklich, aber das machte das andere Personal wieder gut. Zimmer war das gleiche wie beim letzten Aufenthalt. Sehr geräumige, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Preis Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung. Sehr hundefreundliches Hotel.
