“Dryburgh Abbey hotel was wonderful. Check-in was with a person which was nice to experience seeing as many places are now contactless. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and the dining areas lovely.”
“There was no one at the desk. Self check in via the hotel email. Room was on 2nd floor up two flights of winding stairs not easy to maneuver with luggage. Limited food at the hotel. Did have free parking. Very old building not handicap accessible. Room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was very small couldn’t open the door all the way. Not recommended for older people or anyone who can’t do stairs.”

“Every where in the hotel was very clean and well presented, the dining room was spacious and comfortable, breakfasts were amazing. The bar was also good and although we didn't eat the food looked good. The hotel and bar are very dog friendly. Everyone was warm and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay. “Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”
