“Staff was great, room was comfortable and clean, view was beautiful.”

“Pet friendly room. I understand that these rooms accommodate our four legged family. This room the walks had cracks in sheetrock, bathroom flooring was dirty, shower would not drain while taking a shower you would be in standing water. Blinds were broken and quilt on bed was stained in multiple areas. The young lady at office was a sweetheart and the continental breakfast was very good. A little spruce up of these rooms would be beneficial.”

“Breakfast was understaffed causing outages of coffee and various food and service items. The single staff person was overwhelmed. Since it's a festival weekend, they should have anticipated needing extra staff, especially since they are charging such high rates!”

“Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.”

“Had no idea that the hotel was going to be under construction and the scaffolding was right outside my window with men working on it windows were covered up with plastic. Complained about the people above me not sure what was going on. I wasn’t sure if there was kids with scooters going back-and-forth or a large dog, but it was driving me crazy I called down three times and went down to the front desk and got no answers or any solution.”

“We got married and they didn’t do anything special for us and didn’t reply to me after asking if I needed anything. Very underwhelming, especially when booking the most expensive cabin.”

“The room was immaculate. Bed very comfortable and very nice towels. The room is a bit small. Two negatives. Please put a coffee maker in the room or have it available by 6:30 at the latest. I cant be the only early riser. The TV is ROKU and the staff did not know how to get the world cup game on it so we could watch. Just a shrug of the shoulders.”

“It was an amazing experience, breakfast was spot on, hotel room is clean, the ocean view was perfect. Being in the woods gives it that real get away, relaxed feeling. We went out on the canoe that they have for free and spent all morning seeing wildlife and sightseeing. We will definitely be coming back.”

“My only complaint was that I checked in around 8pm and after being in my room for a while, being extremely surprised the toilet and floor were covered in dried up urine. It was late, I cleaned it myself. But that fact the cleaning person didn't check the most unsanitary part of the bathroom is stunning. The rest of the room was immaculate.”

“Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Thus all bags large and small had to be carried up the stairs then down again at the end of our stay. The room did gave a balcony with 2 chairs and a nice view of the harbor. Parking was available”
