They had forgotten about our reservation.

Booking bureau had missed our reservation. House was occupied by other guests. The bureau offered alternative accommodation once we managed to get in contact with them.

Wo kann man da bloß anfangen… Check-In: Inseriert ist das Comfort- Apartment mit 60 Quadratmetern und schönen Bildern. Fakt ist -> 60 Quadratmeter Zimmer gibt es in dem Haus nicht….. Wir sind angekommen und haben das Zimmer 4 erhalten. 2 einzelne Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und im Flur ist die Küchenzeile. Kein Wohnzimmer….. Da fragt man sich wo die 60 Quadratmeter sein sollen. Die Besucher aus Zimmer 1 sind zeitgleich angereist und haben sich ebenfalls gewundert, da sie auch etwas anderes gebucht hatten, was es garnicht gab.. Wir haben uns dann selber abgesprochen und die Zimmer getauscht, da wir nur zu 2 waren und die Familie somit ein Einzelzimmer für die Tochter hat. Den Link für die Gästekarten hatten wir vorab auch nicht erhalten und nur durch die Gäste aus Zimmer 1 dadurch erfahren. Die Kommunikation ging jedoch fix und die Karten hatten wir wenige Minuten später zur Verfügung. Die Verwaltung hatte gegen einen Zimmertausch aufgrund von identischen Reisedaten auch nichts dagegen. Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig und der Boden war super sandig und Lampen, wie auch Oberflächlichen hätte man kurz mal abstauben können… Das Bett hatte auch Haare aufgewiesen. In jeder Ecke von jedem Zimmer gab es große Spinnen, die man auch kurz hätte entfernen können. Wir hatten nach einem früheren Check-In gefragt, was jedoch aufgrund von Reinigungsarbeiten verweigert wurde. Da frage ich mich wo die Reinigung zu der Zeit wohl war. Die Küche war eher minimalistisch eingerichtet.

Leuk appartementje in een prachtige oude villa, super netjes en schoon, loopafstand van het centrum. 10 minuten met de auto naar Norddeich.

Gebucht war für 5 Personen, Bettbezüge nur für 3 Betten vorhanden, Kopfkissen nur für 4 Personen. Auszugsmechnik für eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer defekt. Defekte Befestigung für eine Bettleuchte im Schlafzimmer. Ungenügendes Geschirr für eine vorgesehene Belegung mit 5 Personen.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer alten Stadtvilla, wurde renoviert und ist gut eingerichtet. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 4 Personen ausreichend, für längere Aufenthalte etwas beengt. Check-In und Check-Out funktionierten super. Die Email mit den Check-In Daten wurde verspätet weitergeleitet und kam morgens am Anreisetag an.

-Spinnengeweben an jeder Ecke -Fußboden dreckig -Garten im wilden Zustand nicht nutzbar -Terrasse nicht nutzbar -Schlafsofa nicht nutzbar, würde man nicht so schlafen -Geruch ist nicht angenehm -WLAN funktioniert 2min dann wird man wieder rausgeschmissen -Küche nicht sauber

Top Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, modern, ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz vor der Türe. Zentrumsnah, zum Strand ist Auto nötig. Die Mail vom Vermieter kommt nicht 24 Stunden vorher, sondern in der Nacht vor der Anreise. Sehr kurzfristig, gerade bei längerer Anfahrt, da muss man ohne genaue Daten losfahren. Komisch ist, dass uns vom Vermieter kein Nordseepass zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, mit dem z.B. freier Eintritt zum Strand möglich ist. Laut Info vor Ort sollte dieser immer vom Vermieter ohne Anforderung kommen. Somit kommt letztendlich zum Preis der Unterkunft ggf. noch der Eintritt für alle Tage und alle Personen hinzu. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen.

Schön und ruhig gelegene, geräumige FeWo. Kleiner, allerdings sehr schattiger Aussenbereich. Sauberkeit, insbesondere Bad und Bettwäsche, ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Für uns als Radreisende mit zwei Übernachtungen passte alles insgesamt recht gut.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich. Sehr liebevoll restauriertes Haus und schön eingerichtet. Die Nähe zu den Ausflugszielen ist perfekt. Leider gab es vor Ankunft keinerlei Informationen wie man zum Schlüssel kommt. Das wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Die Dame die für die Reinigung zuständig war, war sehr sympathisch und hätte jeden Wunsch erfüllt, leider war ihr Mann sturzbetrunken und hatte jegliche Hemmungen verloren. Die Unterkunft würde ich aber weiterempfehlen
