"Hotel is close to all amenities,car park is small but plenty off street parking,staff are very good n helpful also breakfast is very good. Hotel room was clean. Dani who checked me in was very helpful. Downside hotel is need upgrading."

"I really can’t express how disappointed you will be. Staff felt like they really don’t want to be there. If you like broken beds, dirty dusty rooms, cutlery that’s not been washed, beans that are not even no frills, the whole place is like something out of horror movie. I could go on for ages. Stinking towels is like a speciality"

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"Large bungalow style room with full disability access and wet room. Stylish. Comfy beds. Check in lady was friendly. Room was left open when we arrived but no electricity so had to go find someone. Bathroom bin had not been emptied but otherwise clean. Struggled to find someone serve us behind the bars. Breakfast was a little anaemic but good quality and tasty. Plenty of parking near the room Would stay again."
