"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. "

"Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was very good and plentiful. It would be nice to have a few cereals on offer though. Bar was very welcoming as were the staff. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. "

"Excellent comfy room with a few minor drawbacks, it was over the main restaurant area so was noisy early on, the water pressure on both hot and cold was poor but the shower was excellent and no toilet roll holder. The staff in general were very good and Jenny was excellent. The food in the restaurant was pricey but if superb quality, especially the home made pie.The draught beer was excellent and the wines very drinkable. The room cleaner left a bit to be desired, not a thorough job by any means., only straightened the bed linen and left the towels."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable with a great shower. The Black Boys Hotel is a good place to stay right in the Market Square with many shops,’church at very close distance If you struggle with mobility. They have an extensive menu with very generous portions. It is also a stone throw from Blicklimg Hall, Wroxham. Holt and other places to visit near by."
