"Wonderful family Lodge!! Great location with Shuttle pickup at lodge entrance. We were in Shasta building. Very clean and comfortable with balcony. Surprisingly, the food in the food court was very, very good and good servings for the price. Thank you so much to Danielle, from Georgia, who was such a wonderful help in getting our mule ride scheduled. Unfortunately it had to cancel because of rain. If I get to go out again I will schedule the mule trip for the first day there and in the morning. So if it has to get canceled you have a chance to reschedule. Seems more thunder / lighting happens in the afternoon. Thank you Miswak, our grandchildren were awestruck by Grand Canyon."

"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Best hotel breakfast! The only drawback was the bathroom. Sliding door with no lock, half shower door and a shower head that wouldn't move. All the water flooded the floor and there was tons of cold air with no door or curtain. Bowling alley was closed also."
