"Room was very clean and seemingly recently renovated. Unfortunately there was dreadful noise from above, which I think is a family in a flat. And stupid things like the kettle wasn’t in a cradle so you couldn’t fill it easily and the blinds did not keep out the light. "

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Poor cleaning, missing towels and linen. Didn’t rectify when made aware. On arrival home, all clothes needs washing due to mouldy smell. Poorly equipped kitchen for an apartment. Great location though. Would not stay again. "
