“I arrived quite late and went into the pub downstairs to ask how to access the hotel. The woman behind the bar was so helpful and friendly and walked me round to the entrance and explained everything to me thoroughly, despite the fact it was horrible weather outside. I was on the top floor and the room was extremely clean, with a roll top bath and extremely comfortable bed. I loved the fact they even have Oatly milk with the tea tray, something most expensive hotels don't have, nevermind a room...

The bar area was dark but cozy. they have a beer garden but the weather was unforgiving so we could not experience it The room was fine and the bed comfortable. “ access to top floor was not suitable for oap, too many stairs with no help from staff with luggage. Dining area/ bar closes very early and with erratic times. Room was very good, clean and well aired. Shower was a bit weak but hot. Food was acceptable”
