“Do not stay here! We booked two rooms, one room had cockroaches and the other room had barely any water pressure for us to take a shower. It was a connected room and the people beside us were so terribly loud with their kids crying and screaming throughout the night. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing to help us. We mentioned the cockroaches and was just told to "take a photo of it" but did not offer to even switch rooms. A refund wasn't accomodated because their manager wasn't working on...
