"The wash soap got finished appearently it was not replaced due to the cleaning staff not paying attention. i was already in shower before discovery there no soap. I called for soap and they told me i have to wait for the cleaning staff to resume work. They gave me 10mins and the was the second i had called that the information was relayed. The were party stuff in my room on arrival that i had to trash. The man staff that was in atttendant on the 28th evening was polite. The phone room in room 311 can only work when it is on speaker mode. It wouldn’t work when it is handheld. Also the sit on the toilet was loose. Breafast is okay but they can do better with cleanleness. I saw the kitchen lady using her hand to clean the surounding on the food and uses the same hand to refill finished food. "

"The hair dryer in the room was broken and we were advised that no new dryer could be provided until after 9:30 AM when housekeeping was staffed; not overly helpful. We also had a $3 charge on our credit card which was not ours."

"For the price, this is a safe and clean location to stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful, just what you would expect from this class of hotel. The only minor gripe I had was the condition of the shower, which had an "interesting" repair done to the showerhead that did not inspire confidence, but it was functional. Other than that minor problem, my stay was pleasant. Parking is pretty good and you will be asked to provide your license plate number, so snap a picture of it before you check-in if you don't have it memorized. In summary, this is a decent budget option that I can definitely recommend for the solo traveller. If I am in the area again, I certainly will be considering this as an option."

"Room was unclean, unhealthy, and unsafe. Didn't stay overnight, let alone for the morning food. Parking at this site did not feel safe."
