โThe Tru hotel was amazing. I love how clean everything was and how nice the staff were. The location was not too far from where we needed to go. Breakfast had a variety of food for everyone and my daughter loved the self made pancakes machine.โ
โHotel was clean and in a great location for easy highway access. Plwnty of options for food and shopping in the area. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. We thought we would be able to hear people in the hallway due to the proximity from the elevator, but it was quiet as a mouse for our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again.โ
โThe employee that checked us in was quite rude and never even said hello. The gentleman checking us out however, was wonderful! He was cheerful and friendly. The young woman who checked us in should benefit from some customer service trainingโ
โA little run down, a few roaches here and there, but for the money ok. Good location right downtown York on busy George street.
Would stay again. โ
