Reception was confusing and poorly maintained. However, service was fair and price was more than affordable.
The room was spotless, centralized location and the staff was courteous.

There were a couple of dead flies, dust on most things. The shower, sink and toilet were clean.
The bed was comfortable and sheets clean.
This is bare bones basics but has to be the lowest cost in Canada.
I would recommend this place to anyone with not a lot of cash and not picky
It was worse then terrible. No clean room. It stinks. No working fridge. Airco doesn't cool and makes a lot of noise. Can only pay cash, with zero cooperation of the staff. Excuus is (like seen many times) machine doesn't work. 1 of the 2 rooms had no towls.
Staff does to seem cleaning somewhere around 22.00
Smoke alarm peeps all night. In the yard is a big pile off rubbish.
Only positive is the foodtruck in the front.
I was told upon arrival that they accept cash however I had booked through Expedia. The dude that claimed to be the proprietor kept asking me to pay him cash again? I refused and then he said he had to call to confirm my reservation. After about 15 minutes he still didn’t have confirmation but let me in the room regardless.
He showed me the room however there was very little or no water pressure in the sink and the bathroom floor was wet under the sink. I refused this room and then he said he had another but when he turned on the a/c water and mud sprayed out, so I said no thx I’m not staying here. There were no other guests. I left and went to Perth for the night.
The property had several wrecked cars on it, there were piles of garbage everywhere, the room hadn't been cleaned for what looked like a very long time, there was no chair in the room, the window in the room was badly broken and fixed with a plastic sheet, the office demanded cash payment and wouldn't give us a receipt ( or sent one by e-mail as promised ) , and there were lots of flies in the room. That being said the beds were comfortable.
The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol.
