"Room, shower, beds, TV, buffet breakfast: all were great, making this location somewhere I definitely want to return to. Room was a little stuffy, even with the AC on the lowest setting, but that might just be because I run hot and like to sleep in a cold room. Staff could have been friendlier, but I won't hold that against a location that was practically perfect."

"An absolutely charming hotel super convenient and walkable to downtown as well as for the convention center. Staff was charming and friendly and the rooms themselves are top notch. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Knoxville!"
