"This was not a good hotel at all. Upon arrival, the staff was already having a disagreement with one other customer because their room didn’t have air-conditioning and somebody had put a box fan outside of that room and she didn’t believe she needed to pay for that room without any air-conditioning. So then I check in and first he switched my rooms about three times then the room he finally gives me it’s a king and you’ll see on my reservation I specifically reserved for two queens. So I go to the front and tell him that I needed two queens he said that his system says king he made me pull up my reservation and show him that my reservations at two queen and then told me if I could wait 20 minutes for them to clean the room. I explained to him what’s the process of checking out at 11 and having checking at three if the room wasn’t cleaned. He said it’ll be 20 minutes. We had plans to take the kids swimming and we had to be at a concert. We got there at 3:15. We didn’t get in till 445 in our room. The pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was freezing cold. After we had been waiting an hour, I went to him and told him that I would just clean the room myself because we needed to get in the room. And as we were going in the room, the lady was mopping the floor with a napkin. I am super disappointed and I’m super upset that I paid for this room and received nothing that I paid for. for breakfast nothing was stocked. Everything was either the last or I didn’t have anything at all t"
