The resort offers so many fun activities that you’re never bored, and the food was incredible each restaurant offered a unique cuisine so every meal felt like a new experience. We came to celebrate my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond. They surprised me with a sweet “Happy Birthday” message on the bed and a delicious little chocolate cake. It’s the thoughtful touches like that which made me feel so special. Nadia was amazing! Always ready to help with anything we needed. And Chef Mama at the Ocean restaurant made our mornings with his warm smile and kindness. The hotel was also extremely accommodating, even letting us check out late for our 22:55 flight, which we were so grateful for. This stay exceeded every expectation. We left with full hearts and lifelong memories."

"Easily accessible by 15-20 minute speedboat transfer. Warm hospitality and impeccable service. Breakfast menus change each day. Dinner inclusion in half-board is different each night so get to try different cuisine. Same butler (Mr/Ms Friday) throughout the entire stay which is great. Crystal clear turquoise water, very beautiful. Highly recommended and I would love to return to Gili in the near future."

They must be nitpickers who expect to have the conditions from One and Only Reethi Rah (the neighbouring island) at the prices from the Summer Island. Come on, you could stay there only one hour with the money you paid for two weeks at the Summer Island. All is more than reasonable at the Summer Island, I mean the location, the meals, the staff, snorkelling and diving opportunities. "
