“Since I booked through Expedia I was informed (rather rudely) at check-in that she would not enter my Choice points number. When I realized that we were booked for a second floor room instead of a higher floor room, she basically said since we had an "accessible" room she couldn't change it. When I told her that we didn't need "accessible", she said she couldn't change it. Not at all helpful or even pleasant about it. “Room was dirty. Bed was dirty. (I went and bought my own blankets at Walmart because I was uncomfortable laying in theirs) Assuming it was spit all over walls in bathroom. Fridge wasn’t wiped out at all. And we got a weird smell I believe from being attached to the indoor pool. Would have stayed elsewhere if we could have gotten an instant refund. Reaching out to hotel for further help with this problem. Best thing about this stay was the shops behind it and quick nearby food.”

“Love that it's right on the water and you look out at the boats. Love the nightly fresh chocolate chip cookies. Only complaint is no rail to grab getting out of the hut tub unless you have a handicap room.”

“The room was ok. The air barely worked. Ice machine was broken. No breakfast just coffee. It was quiet, no bugs and did not smell like Marijuana so those were a bonus. The pool did not look appealing at all. Good for a one night stay but not luxury in any capacity.”

I just needed a clean room for the night and so for my purposes, it was just fine. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean. The air-conditioning was nice. It was just lovely.”

It is apparent that little to no improvements have been made since the place was built: walls, floors, furniture, structural, everything needs updating. There are no elevators.
