The bed was leaning towards the headboard. When I told the office they had me pay for an upgrade to get a room with a better bad. Wow...great empathy and customer service.

Clean, convenient location, rooms on waterfront less road noise. Mattress was not very comfortable but I'm picky. Would still recommend for a 1 night stay if you are trying to keep costs down.

Our check in was fast and friendly. We were there for the bridge 10k and the person who checked us in was very considerate in letting us have a slightly later checkout time. It was directly across from the finish line so ideal for what we were in town for.
