“The room was clearly not cleaned properly. The Jacuzzi was visibly dirty, and the bedding had obvious dirt and stains. When I returned for the rest of my belongings while housekeeping was cleaning, I watched them use the same dirty bedding to remake the bed instead of replacing it. Before the 11:00 a.m. checkout time, we briefly stepped out to put our belongings in the car. We were gone for less than two minutes, yet housekeeping entered without our permission and let our service dogs outside....

“The room was adequate but not luxurious. It seemed to be newly renovated, but the shower had gross caulking. I thought I was getting a deluxe/luxurious room as the pictures on expedia were a bit deceiving. I wish there was a more accurate room picture. And we thought this was beach level, (again, due to the pictures) but it was up on the cliff. Beach access was only 2blocks away. So it was fine. Amenities were great! Fire pits, and FANTASTIC breakfast!”
