"Know before you go! I travel a lot with my family of 7, and expect clean, comfortable and safe. You won’t get that with this terribly managed hotel. The staff can only do so much, with what they’re given.
Our room wasn’t ready at check in.
The air conditioner in the second bedroom was broken and stuck at 66°. Because it constantly ran, the carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet.
The water pressure was extremely low in the shower and sink.
The mattress in the pullout sofa was rusty and hard to lay on.
The room had a clump of hair on the carpet that was not ours.
There were signs of wear and rust everywhere, with “patching” repairs done.
For what we paid, I regret staying here."
