"Clean room and facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking and theatre shuttle a nice bonus. Vehicle charging station (only one however) a first in our experience. Restaurant disappointing, great ambiance, excellent serving staff, but food expensive and focused on artistic presentation rather than actual flavour/quality. (Even pancakes underdone with soggy middles - looked great on the plate however). Sorry, but prior excellent food experiences not replicated in this visit. Would hesitate to eat here again."

"The Hotel has been updated and everything looks new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dining room offered a excellent menu and food was excellent. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the Festival Theatre, so it's very convenient. Would stay there again for sure. One con: bed was great, but other furniture is not that comfortable - desk chair was very poor to work from, and sofa very hard and industrial looking."

"The Inn is a grand building from Victorian times, upgraded of course, and quiet, clean, comfortable. The room we stayed felt quite private. We enjoyed the Inn and it's amenities. As we knew breakfast was not on offer during our stay we brought yoghurt and fruit and used the shared fridge for our first morning. However fresh coffee/tea was available in the morning in the common room where you can meet up with other guests. Lovely stay. And being able to park our car there was a bonus!"
