"Check in and out was a breeze. Coffee in the lobby was available. Good parking. The room was not the cleanest. The atmosphere was lacking. Holes in the curtains. TV went out for awhile."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Pam was very nice and helpful in checking us in upon arrival. We were able to check-in early via the site which made check-in easy and stress-free. We even took advantage of the bowling alley right next door and the free shoe rental deal. We occasionally could hear the bowling activity next to us but it wasn't too distracting. Something to think about if traveling with small kids as the bowling alley closes around 11 pm so it may not be ideal. However, once you turn up the tv you don't even pay attention to it. Overall, good experience. "

"Check-in was seamless. We were glad to be accommodated, per request, with an assignment to a room in a quiet area on a top floor. All interactions with staff were wonderful. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, and in good condition. Great coffee at breakfast. Our only criticism: The pull-out sofa beds could benefit from a better topper to make the extra sleeping accommodation a little nicer. Our teen, who can usually sleep anywhere, said it was a little rough."
