"The hotel needs some service and up-keep. Dinner was ok, the server just asked if I wanted to pay, not if I might like dessert or coffee:tea. My room was not clean, I informed the receptionist that I needed house keeping to remove a very disgusting toilet brush. They never came. The seaside view is wonderful and a comfortable sleep. The breakfast hostess and staff along with the food is outstanding!"

"Our group really enjoyed the spa facilities. Wonderful pools & saunas. The location next to the Baltic was amazing. We visited both the public & private docks to jump into the sea water. Restaurant food was excellent. However, while the hotel was very nice, they do not have air conditioning. Rooms were very warm. Staff did supply a fan but an investment in HVAC should be considered."
