"The first room that we were put in smelled. The team was quick to accommodate and sent room maintenance through. They also agreed on the smell. Reception could not accommodate me and the family on the first night. The next day we were relocated to another room. Reception was understanding and attended to our needs. The pool resort is 5 star my girls love it. This was 3rd time staying here. We will be back again."
