"Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days and felt always the same, from the start of checking-in to check-out. Location is very good, has quick access to the beach, pool, but I don’t think I would stay there again if I was to return to that area, unfortunately. Overall, clean rooms, decent breakfast options, good location…"
