The rooms were spotless, facilities are great, top spec bathroom etc etc. The staff are friendly and informative, and to top it all you get breakfast included! “On the hottest day of the summer the long walk up Steep Hill seemed never ending. It was worth it when we reached this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The communal areas were inviting and beautifully decorated. The stairs and corridors to the room were like a rabbit warren but spotless and classically decorated. The room was stunning, it looked so inviting. Beautiful bedding, lush carpet, thick blackout curtains, a couple of chairs, a side table and drink making...

“A lovely stay with our Cavalier King Charles dog called Bella. The breakfast's were excellent and there was a good choice for the evening meal. Our room was OK but had a sloping roof and not very easy to stay clear of when getting into and out of bed. The pubs location was good and the journey into Lincoln by car very easy. ”

“Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious. The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room.
