Northeast Austin, Austin hotel rooms at the Sonesta Hotel

"First room AC not working. We had to repack and move to another room. It was right above the bar and pool area. The music didn't go off until after 11:00 even though no one at the pool which was unheated. Hot tub was out of order also. Overall a disappointment."

"Very clean and quiet room. Everything is a bit dated and there were flickering lights in the bathroom, etc. It is definitely a nicer space than most inexpensive hotels, however. And the night clerk was very friendly! "

"Two nights with no heat in the room. Staff blaimed the WiFi, had to 'hard re-boot' my room 3x, then said 'engineering had left for the night.' Offered an extra blanket. But no portable heater. "

"It was spacious and quiet!!!! It also had lots of lobby space and also outdoor seating area by the pool. The bed was comfortable as well. It was in a good central downtown location but about a block away from all the loud craziness of downtown. "
