"Check in was smooth and all the employees we encountered were happy helpful and so friendly. Bed was comfortable with nice variety of pillows. Location was wonderful and view was beautiful We would definitely recommend "

"The room was spotless and the staff were great. My only problem the parking lot had no handicap parking the most direct route from the parking lot to the hotel entrance was over a high curb stone and down another high curb on the other side. Or you had to follow the driveway around"

We were in town for a Jaguar game, we were able to park at the hotel early, before check in time and take the water taxi, which is very close to the hotel, right over to the stadium. Perfect location and accommodations for doing anything in downtown Jacksonville without having to drive downtown. "
