"The view and gathering area in the lobby are really nice but the motel area feels like it's very old and falling apart. The floor on the second floor feels like it's going to cave in and there are areas where you actually feel like the floor is sinking under the old, dusty, and cigarette smoke filled carpet. The outside balcony on the 2nd floor was a nice feature, but the 1st floor balcony is open and there is a door that can access the room from outside on the ground floor. If they would invest...
"The room was clean and tidy and roomy. The bathroom had mildew on the grout of the soap holder and bathtub. I brought this to the attention of the man at the front desk. It appeared they tried to remove it, but did not. I mentioned it to the female when we checked out, and there was no apology or even response."
