"Overall, everything was great. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The only issue was that I arrived at 5:00 PM for check-in and the room was still being cleaned. When I asked the receptionist how long it would take, she seemed a little rude and unhelpful, simply saying she couldn’t give me an estimated time. The room was ready about 10 minutes later, so the wait was not a big issue, but I feel the situation could have been handled in a more professional and welcoming way."
