“There is nice and clean room. But parking need key and walk to cross building. There are no comment about access key when i check out i have to return for request access. ”

“As a complimentary breakfast for 2 people, we received 2 packs of 500ml water, 200ml apple juice, 35g quaker bar, and 1 banana. The banana was unripe and astringent, so I immediately spit it out of my mouth. The other envelopes were not given except bananas. It would be better not to serve breakfast like this. On the other hand, basic services such as furnishings and coffee in the room were excellent for the price.”

“Carmel Inn was just fine to stay. The only thing is that we had a adjoining room, the door allow all sound come thru. Felt like they were in the room with us. I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again. Also checking in, they didn’t have our reservation. Never heard of Orbitz. Didn’t have any thing on there computer. They were able to get us a room.”

“The front desk staff was not the friendliest. When asked for a recommendation on good restaurant he recommended the place that was the partner of the hotel plus one other that was a chain that happened to be close by. This is not how you look for when you ask for good restaurant recommendation.”

“I was very satisfied with the Lakeview Fort Nelson. The front desk staff was very helpful. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. My room was large, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The included breakfast offered a lot of choices. My only comment for the future: The room's window curtains don't thoroughly darken the room. Perhaps they could be upgraded at some point. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.”

“Despite the construction, it was acutally my favourite yet to stay, I felt safe, and the staff were quite accomadating. There was a bit of a scuffle for laundry, though I did get it before leaving after a 2 night stay. The breakfast was basic cereal, oatmeal, waffles, juice & coffee bar. We stayed in room 504 with heat & cooling options. Remote wouldnt work properly though was a bit discouraging. Hopefully they figure it out.
