"객실에서 타워브리지가 바로 보이고 객실이 넓은 점이 가장 큰 장점입니다. 전체적으로 만족합니다. 아쉬운 점이 있다면, 타워브리지 앞이라 그런지 일부 밤늦게까지 시끄럽게 하는 행인들이 있어 타워브리지뷰 객실은 외부의 소음이 약간 들릴 수 있으며, 객실간 방음이 완벽하지 않다는 점 입니다. 실수로 샴푸 대신 핸즈워시를 2개 갖다 놓은 점은 가볍게 넘어갈 수 있습니다."

"직원들이 친절했습니다. 제가 한국인이기 때문에 영어가 원할하지 않는데도 번역기를 통해 대화를 해주고 업무를 친절히 잘 처리해주었습니다. 특히 1층 프런트에 계셨던 SHAHRUKH KHAN씨가 체크인 할때 친절하게 도움주셔서 이 호텔에 대한 이미지가 더 좋아지게 되었습니다. 그리고 시설 및 안전도 훌륭했습니다. 런던에 오면 꼭 다시 묵고싶은 호텔입니다."

"숙소 방이 엄청 많다더니 진짜 많고 미로처럼 방 찾기 어려웠음. 그러나 교통편 너무 좋고 도보 5분거리에 테스코, 러셀스퀘어역이 있고 대형 웨이트로스,부츠,게일즈,홀랜드앤베럿이 한군데 모여있는 쇼핑몰도 도보5분거리다. 무엇보다도 직원들 모두가 친절해서 정말 좋았음. 아이와 가는 여행이라 비싸지만 호텔을 선택했는데 아이도 만족했고 매트리스에 토퍼가 있어 푹신하고 좋았다. 비싼 영국호텔에서 가성비 갑인 호텔이다. 적극강츄함"

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"
