“This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The room was in an appalling condition: heavily stained carpet, damp marks on the walls, hairs in the shower, mould beneath a cracked and leaking shower, a stained shower head, faecal staining in the toilet and dust on the light fittings. The air conditioning did not work, the curtains were hanging away from the wall, and there was no shampoo.
