"I am a big fan of Drury Hotels and am usually inclined to give them five stars. This one was just a bit below expectations because during our two-night stay we did not opt out of housekeeping but when we returned at 5pm nothing had been done. I inquired at reception and was told that we were on the schedule for room “refresh” which meant that our bed would not be made but that the trash would be emptied and towels replaced. None of that happened. It was okay because we always leave our room neat and organized with all personal belongings put away, but it was disappointing based on our prior Drury experiences. We were given fresh towels at reception."
