“It was pretty good. I think a little over priced. I remember staying in the place decades ago when it was a motel, same layout just with updated look. Comfy bed, easy checkin/checkout. Clean. Easy parking. Just very basic.”

“The cabin was in terrible condition. It felt dirty and worn out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool looked lovely. I didn’t actually realise that a ferry had to be taken to reach the resort. I wouldn’t stay here again as it was isolated and I wanted to be closer to Ballina.”

“We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!”

Its location is nothing short of spectacular and the 360 views are breathtaking. Hosts Craig and Paul were so warm and welcoming, and a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Our room had such a comfortable bed with everything we needed and many more extras. The deck was made for unwinding with a daybed and hammock inviting you to linger and...
