We always take the premium room and the rooms have always been clean and had all the amenities: towels, soap, shampoo, nicer linens, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and you get a snack box. My only complaint is that we have 2 people but you only get one snack box!

Overall, it was a basic place to shower and sleep in. Beds are pretty small. My side of the bed, the floor had a bunch of crumbs that was not attended to. I wore my shoes while walking, floor didn’t feel the cleanest. Toilet barely flushed and no water pressure, more like a trickle. There’s an old smell to the room. Must have the wall AC on at all times, it never felt like 68 degrees though. Motel is on a main road, heard traffic/ambulances every night. You get what you pay for!

Convenient location:close to stores, restaurants, and hwy. I assumed it would be noisy but not at all. Staff was nice to accommodate my family who was on a walker and trouble with bedroom space but was change to another room and issue solved. Parking was not so bad.

We always upgrade to the Premium rooms and they are fine. It was quiet and the staff was very accommodating. This is the second stay at this specific hotel and we will stay again. My only complaint is that the snack/treat is for one eg one bottle of water, and two people are in the room.

I'd stayed at this Red Roof several years ago, and it has clearly since declined significantly—possibly a long-term vestige of COVID—while the structure and set-up are basically the same, the place hasn't really been kept up. The elevators smelled of mold, the walls are not at all sound-proof, and a couple of the towels had clear stain marks (albeit small). Yes, this was the most economical of the area hotels, but it was as basic as it gets for the price, and paying a few extra bucks for a more comfortable experience may be worth it. However, the front desk attendants were lovely and courteous both at check-in and -out!

No Internet available. TV was fine. The room smelled like not quite cleared tobacco/dope smoke. No room service (make beds, fresh towels...etc). Furniture and fixtures were pretty shabby and there was rust from the toilet seat bolts visible in the floor. S oap, shampoo and towels were ok.
