“호텔은 전체적으로 깨끗한 인상이었으나 청소상태 불결하고 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 옆방 소리가 다 들립니다. 슬리퍼가 있다고 표시되어있는데 없었어요. 청소를 매일 해주지 않고 신청해야 하는데 카운터에 얘기해도 해주지 않아서 6일동안 방청소 서비스를 못받았습니다. 샴푸나 비누도 작은 것 하나만 주어서 불편했어요. 음식조리도구도 빈약합니다. 배수구가 계속 막힙니다. 여러모로 불편했어요. 시내와의 거리는 좋습니다. 관광 목적으로 잠시 오가기엔 괜찮습니다. ”

“The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel...

“So convenient right in the center of things — easy come and go. Choice to have your room serviced or not disturbed with the click of a button on the door. Lots of amenities provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows — beds are soft, which I love! ”

“The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.”

“The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The team were extremely polite courteous and helpful. The restaurant is charming. This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !”

“Good apartment that was local to the shopping mall. Good access into property with comfy beds, with fridge, kettle and stove (no microwave) Electrics were a bit dodgy and fridge not cleaned out so smelt when we arrived. No process to leave the keys anywhere when going home. ”

“I booked the Hotel included the Breakfast, but the Hotel didn't give me breakfast, even they didn't have the any place for Breakfast. As far as the Hotel is not near shopping area, there is no restaurant nearby to take Breakfast. The restaurant of the Hotel, open at 11:00 this my bad Experience.”

“We spent beautiful week in this hotel. Everything was perfect! Apartament, food, weather... Maybe it was a little cold by the pool but it didn't spoil the whole impression. The hotel is in a great location, but it may lack additional parking spaces. ”
