"Front desk lady did early check-in process very easy and she was very helpful. Location is convenient if you need to be around O’hare Airport however if you have an event in downtown It took at least an hour to go downtown McCormick Place (one way) by Lyft during morning and afternoon hours."

"My wife and I stayed just two nights at the hotel. Staff were very and very helpful to us when we needed help from them. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel as well and the food was good. The staff in every area we dealt with were very nice as well. If you don't rent a car, there is not much to do around the hotel, we did do the outlet mall near the hotel, but it's a typical mall. If you want to go downtown, no problem, we took the blue line and bought $5 all day passes. You can walk to it in a few minutes and be downtown in 22 minutes. Safe and easy. I would recommend this place to stay and would gladly go back if I am ever going back to Chicago."
