"For the most part the hotel was fine, my room on the other hand was less than enjoyable. Being cramped in size even just having a single queen in it. The worst part was being put into a room next door to a mechanical room which was noisy all night long, which made sleeping interesting. If you get 248 or any room near it bring ear plugs."

"Hotel was a good central location for what we needed. Chop Steakhouse is always nice. Lobby is clean and inviting. Rooms are just ok as they need some updating. Main issue was we had no hot water the evening of our stay. Notified front desk and they advised to let the water run for 15 minutes. We did this for about 20 minutes and finally gave up. Morning we let it run for about 10 minutes and then we had hot water. "

"Overwhelming smell, (moldy, slinky, dirty) throughout the floors and in our room. Pepperoni on the rug in our room that was crusted over. Bed- super comphy!! Noise level of the hotel and cleaning staff unacceptable :( 5:00 snow blowers going outside, 9:00sm cleaning crew in the next room literally banging the vacuumed up against the wall. Prior to that opening and closing (slamming shut) of doors from 8am. We’ve stayed here previously a few times and it was never like this :( won’t return. "

"We enjoyed the location, walked around downtown, rooms were a good value, but Kay at the front desk outshone it all. She was hospitable, polite and very helpful. Thanks Kay for enhancing our stay. There were also 2 friendly gentlemen staff members in the foyer who greeted us and another helpful person at the front desk whose name I didn't get. Having great team members meet and greet your guests make a wonderful first impression."
