“I chose the hotel due to my budget. Staff were great, but the facility needs more love. Edmonton had a torrential rain storm the night we stayed over for 1 night. Power went out while we were out and came back about 4am. But after our event, we came back to our room to a puddle on our room floor. Judging by the flooring, this seems to have occurred before, but it was distressing. We had no idea where the water came from other than it wasn't from the roof, we were on the top floor.”
