“Very, very nice stay for the price. My sister and I got a 2-bedroom suite for our stay, and despite a mishap (one of the showers clogged), the staff was quick to rectify the situation. The gym, outdoor pool, and $7 breakfast were all a plus. This location is 30 mins from Downtown, but I would still choose it all over again. Very safe location; there is a Walmart down the street and a bunch of restaurants and fast food chains. 4.5/5! I go to HTX once/yr on avg: will definitely be coming back.”

“Great place to stay. Very kind people and very clean rooms”

“The property is lovely and esthetically pleasing. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is always someone to assist no matter the time!”

“Very well optimized hotel for business traveller. ”

“Everything was OK until I had an issue with a guest that did not want to leave. I spoke with staff to have her removed and asked to leave. I no longer wanted her. I withdrew consent to her being there. And they did absolutely nothing to help just that I would have to go settle with her directly even though she was being hostile which is the reason why I ended up packing and leaving. Then proceeded to tell me that if I called law-enforcement that I would no longer be allowed on the property....
